So I purchased this in addition to Elevate Hair Growth Oil with minoxidil. So let me rewind a bit to paint you a picture as to why I purchased this. So I am a 40 yr old bw with 4b type hair. Since I was 28 yrs old, on the crown of my head the hair stopped growing past a length of maybe a couple of centimeters. And this was approximately the size of the palm of my hand. My hair would grow everywhere else and even down to my arm pits, and no matter what I tried ie; rice water, castor oil, healing oil, biotin, vitamins etc.. NOTHING worked! One week before Thanksgiving of 2021, I went to a barbershop and had them shave my hair off. Fast forward to now, same thing! It grew a couple of centimeters but it stopped! So I pretty much gave up and knew that wigs were my only option or wearing a fade, and my big head said wigs it is lol...until this product gave me hope! Also, I forgot to mention that my edges on the right were thinning and I was seeing more scalp than hair! So now after using this product with the Elevate oil, I see new growth sprouting on my edges and some length and thickness on my crown starting to appear!I also do this daily M-F on a clean scalp!It hurts a little on my edges, but feels pretty decent on top of my head! I'm going to finish the bottle, and fingers crossed it will be much longer over time! I've waited over a decade for this, so what's a few more weeks...

Product arrived on time and functions as described. The construction is sturdy easy to use. Effective.

When attempting to use this roller, the applied pressure that is required to penetrate your skin causes the roller to come off of its track. The product is UNUSABLE for its intended purpose. I recommend instead using the dermastamp from Dr. Pen. As far as manual micro needling goes, it is the best product I’ve found so far. Do not buy this product and definitely don’t buy any of the automatic pens. The pens DO NOT go up and down as a proper micro needling device would. They simply vibrate and drag along your skins surface. Either use the dermastamp or fork out $300+ for a proper automatic microneedling pen device. You will have to do some research to find the ones that actually work, but none of the devices on Amazon work except for the dermastamp from Dr. Pen. Hopefully I saved someone else from wasting time and money on these gimmick microneedling devices.

It grips pretty good into the skin which helps to go faster. It helped my skin quickly absorb my Moisturizer.
