Sticky enough to overcome sweat and tough enough to remain useable for the necessary duration. It is quite difficult to cut both with teeth and scissors but that is the trade off for its strength.

This is very supportive for my knee first time I try it and am very happy with the results. I was worried about the adhesive because I'm allergic to plasters but this one doesn't seems to affect me which is great

If you are looking to use this for binding then maybe don’t as for me personally it didn’t work at all and ended up just buying a binder instead

Good support for my wrist damage

This is a great value multi pack of medical grade non-stretch sports tape. I need to strap up one of my plantar tendons everyday. This does the job well.

On my arms wrists back legs and feet

Good value for money tape for supporting my knee problems. Would be lost without it. Have tried other makes but this is my favourite as it has just the right stretch and level of adhesion and can be removed without too much problem. Would recommend.
