Well, I was looking for something more penetrating than what I could buy locally, and this works well. It is a Thai product derived from the Plai plant, which is in the ginger family, plus a few other essential oils. It comes in a very small bottle, but you don't need much for a big effect. I just put it on my upper back/neck area, and it penetrates deeply. An internet search reveal that some research is being done on this, and that participants in studies report being helped. I think I agree... we'll see.
