Excelente telefone! Faz exactamente o que é suposto. Recomendo!
A camera é bastante razoável. Recomendo!

A useable smartphone at last.. Not as big as a TV or grand piano + the battery lasts 3-4 days.
Finally got a smartphone as the 3g network where I live will be turned off before long, also because modern life is at the point where it's assumed you own one of the infernal contraptions now (QR code scanning etc). Picked this one as; (i) it's not too big, you can hold and operate it with one hand. (ii) Battery lasts a long time (iii) It's rugged enough for the casually clumsy (me) I'm impressed. I've tried a few before and they have always hit the wall at high speed during the first week or two of use. This one has done almost nothing that annoyed/frustrated me - a fact I am amazed about. Texting is not that difficult, it works well given the size of the screen, besides which you can always just talk the text message - and it will type it for you. It's a bit heavy (I assume due to the big battery and rugged casing), but I don't really mind as I'm not a millennial phone zombie. Therefore the phone is not permanently glued to my hand while I update the endless report that is faceache or post pics of my dinner on instafool. The weight is therefore immaterial. Looks and feels good build quality (if that matters). Very impressed with the battery life. I have been letting it drain entirely between 1st and every subsequent charge as I think that may help battery life (?), anyway.. its a good 4 days between charges. Only thing I haven't sorted yet is how to de-program the red button on the side. That button is currently the torch - I want it to do nothing. I guess I'll figure that out sometime. It probably helps that I have had an android tablet for the last two years to get used to the way these things behave. No doubt it suits lots of different parts of the smart phone market - the part it's suiting in this instance is for someone who only adopted a smartphone reluctantly and out of necessity. Oh yes - I very much like having Audible on it - now I can have a book read to me while out walking. (it has a 3.5mm phone jack). Speakers are very powerful when listening around the house. Overall very happy and impressed with the phone (and astonished to be writing that about any smartphone) Ermmm... That's it.

Mi ricorda, come sensazione, i vecchi Nokia 3310 indistruttibili.

A good and practical phone that is rugged -Be careful on compatibility with cell twr updates
This UPDATES MY REVIEW. MARCH 2022, I used mine with Consumer Cellular. With a drop of 3G my phone worked on Data, but not did not process calling. CC and local reps at Target could not fix what they said to be a SIM card incompatibility. And that forced me to buy a sleazy new phone. I like my Atom L much better. Be wary of this problem and if anyone has better advice please provide info. ---------- Orig review -----------My first smart phone was a petite Atom which I liked. This continued to work following ocean immersion. As I became a heavier user I needed a larger phone with higher capacity battery. The Atom L met that requirement. Although a larger size it is still not too big and the larger screen, especially keyboard, is nice. It seems very rugged and has other added capabilities (over the Atom) such as SD card compatibility. The camera is very good. I use Consumer Cellular and some system settings had to be changed to download data with easy tech support of CU, I found a nice rotating clip case by Turtleback (for iPhone 5/5S/SE) that is a perfect fit (itemA-PMPVerSMExtHDL2). Other on-line reviews cover the phone in more detail. Overall a good practical phone that is not fragile. The owner manual is a bit too minimal. That should be improved. An update a year later - still working fine with good battery life. Yesterday after dark dropped it off the end of a pier in sea water. Using a crab net I recovered it this AM and after a period it seemed to recover fine and tests our OK and seems to be fully functional again. I would buy this again. I think a good choice for heavy duty use where a basic, non-glitz, smart phone is the requirement.
