Premium Dog and Cat Blanket, Grey or Brown

I was on a mission to find a better quality blanket with easier maintenance and longer lasting. This was the right blanket for us! I stopped purchasing the cheap fleece blankets that caught a lot of hairs and ripped easily when the boys used it as tug-of-war. This blanket doesn’t pick up much hair at all and helps reduce the maintenance needed. I can wash the blankets with little to no hairs in my washer! The blanket is soft and comfy and my boys just love snuggling with it! Kind of pricey for the small blanket but due to the ease of maintenance I guess it was worthwhile.

This blanket lives up to the information presented in the listing by the seller. No surprise given it is a sold&shipped by Amazon. Could you make one cheaper yourself? perhaps.. if you disregard your actual labor and time spent on it. My dog is a Jack-Whippet... and since that means very short fur, and literally no fur on her tummy and chest... she does get cold and loves loves loves a warm blanket to climb under. And this blanket really does hold in the body heat, so much so that my dog will relax under it for a few minutes and then spread out and lay flat on her side (which for her is the ultimate comfort position when resting) The blanket is deceptively warm... being a mirco-fleece double sided blanket. Yeah.. if seems light and flimsy, but that is actually a plus for dogs because that means it quickly conforms to their body and holds in all their body warmth. I can put my hand on top of the blanket and it remains cool, but slide my hand underneath and there is a toasty warm dog to be found. Workmanship is excellent, particularly the seams around the edges. This blanket actually uses an edge seam AND a second seam about one inch farther in. This keeps the blanket free of obvious "chewing opportunities". That said.. it's a polyester micro fleece... so it will be damaged by chewing if you have a chewer on your hands... but that is true of virtually any blanket to be honest. Happily.. my dog has grown out of chewing on blankets. She may still chew.. but only when in her crate and bored.. and for that.. we only give her 100% cotton towels. Material quality is very plush feeling, and dog hair does not cling to it much if at all. I purchased two of these based on the listing specs and customer reviews, since as a Prime customer I have free returns on this item. They did not disappoint and so I will be keeping them both.

Bought this to put on the floor for our rabbit’s cage area. We have wooden floors, so we needed to put something soft on the floor to protect her feet. Our bunny chews on EVERYTHING! And every blanket we have bought so far, she chews up within a week. So I looked everywhere for a soft chew-proof blanket and decided to give this a try. While it isn’t chew-proof for our little chewer (I honestly think nothing is), I have to say that it has held up way longer than the other cheaper blankets that I bought. This has 2 layers. So while she chews, it takes longer for her to do it to this one because of the double layers. It’s super soft that even my daughter wants it for her own little blanket. It also is easy to vacuum up my bunny’s fur when it sheds all over. Other blankets aren’t as velvety soft. I have bought it 5 times now. Totally recommend! UPDATE: As I mentioned, my bunny chews on everything! And standard blankets typically last only a week before I have to replace them. The first photo shows the blanket brand new on May 25th. The second photo shows it on June 29th, just over a month later. As you can see, she’s chewed it up in several places. But because of the double layer and the sheer durability of the blanket, it has held up so well! And it keeps my bunny’s feet comfy and happy! 😍🐰 The third photo shows the blanket on August 12, two and a half months after I first laid it down. As you can see, she’s chewed it up in other areas, but it’s still holding up with nearly three months of use! So if you’re looking for durability and softness, this is the blanket for you!

My dogs love this bed. They enjoy the bolster pillow attached around the bed to rest their heads. Unfortunately, they have to take turns sleeping on it; even though this is the Jumbo XXL size. Photo shows white dog patiently waiting to use the bed next. The bed can't handle both dogs comfortably, at the same time. That's the only reason I gave a 4 star rating. My dogs are older and one has hip issues (white dog). He is 100 lbs while his biological sister (black dog) is 85 lbs. The white dog has a long body frame (48 inches from his bottom to his nose, not including his tail). The black dog is shorter at 42 inches long. I purchased a log pet bed frame from Fingerhut, to place the bed on. I used an old twin fitted mattress protector on the bed with a full size fitted sheet. This will help to cut down on tearing the bed apart to wash the pet bed cover. All I have to do is remove the fitted sheet and the fitted mattress protector to wash when they get it dirty. I vacuum the bed every day to sweep off their hair. I bought the Pet Fusion Pet Blanket too - XL (60 x 48) - Gray reversible Micro Plush - Machine Washable. Also, I bought an extra pet bed cover an extra pet bed liner; just in-case the originals get damaged. I've had the bed for 2 weeks now and so far, they haven't caused any damage or messes. The zippers on this bed are the strongest ones I have ever seen on the many pet beds I've owned. The pet bed cover is made of a strong and durable fabric; similar to men's Carhartt overalls fabric. My dogs sometimes dig in their beds and go in circles until its comfortable for them. So far, they haven't done this with this bed. I highly recommend this bed. (refer to photos attached)

Bought this to put on my dog's new bed so I can just wash the blanket every week instead of taking off the whole dog bed cover to wash every time I think it's time for a wash. I still wash the whole removable bed cover but only every few months now that I've gotten this washable blanket. It is super soft, washes well, and my dog seems to love it. I got the size small for my 5 lb yorkie's size small bed but think I will get the medium at some point just so I can fold it in half over her whole bed. One side is a very light grey, the other side a medium grey. Both colors are attractive. There is a brand logo patch on the lighter grey side so I find myself not using that side facing up as often as I don't really want the logo patch showing. Also for the dog because who wants to lay on a patch yaknow. Anyhoo very pleased with this blankie.

We have dogs that can't seem to follow the rules about not getting on the furniture. We bought a new leather sectional and tried to use those couch covers (quilted things). They looked terrible and were constantly sliding off the couch. I ordered one of these to put over a new dog bed so I could pick it up and wash it frequently instead of having to take off the cover to wash the bed. Once I got it, I knew it would be perfect for the couch. We have several (5?) that we tuck into the couch so it covers all of the seats on the coach. Our couch is cream and the silver grey is very complementary. The blankets are super soft and we usually sit on them too when watching TV in the family room. They are thick and high quality, and definitely keep the dogs' nails from scratching the leather. As for waterproof, yeah the dog made me spill a glass of wine one night and yep, waterproof (wineproof?). We've washed them numerous times and they hold up really well - just standard wash and dryer. Great blankets!

This blanket is amazing for any animal. The material is a solid thick material but super soft to the touch, almost plushy soft. Pros: Solid Material. Pros: Material won’t rip easily. Pros: Super Soft. Pros: Liquids don’t easily pass through this blanket. It does absorb liquids but not quickly which makes cleaning up accidents better if you catch it early. Pros: Blanket has some weight to it. Pros: Washes easy with no damage/odor/shrinkage. Cons: I just wish I had more of these and larger ones to use. For a dog blanket this is our Springer Spaniel favorite. She won’t sleep without it at night. I highly recommend for any animal not just dogs. We honestly would love to get 4-5 more of these to have on hand or on the couch for Alice to lay on.

My dog has had this blanket for four years and it is still in good shape. He absolutely loves it (Aussie, 70 pounds). He brings it to us to drape over him and lies down with it on top of him, as calm as can be. When he wants to play, he brings it and shakes it. We often lay it out on the floor and put his dry food all over it, then swirl it together or fold it, and it is a game as well as a meal. It has been washed many times, sometimes sprayed with Shout on muddy pawprints, and comes through the laundry like new. I highly recommend it and am going to order another just in case something happens to the original "blankey".

Dog likes it. Washes up well

These blankets are the best I have bought, this is my fourth one! Both dogs settle well and I find them to be easy to wash and dry with no damage on them despite my pup trying his best to take the blanket everywhere with him! I get the large and they cover the large crate bed perfectly.

The blanket is so comfortable I'm jealous XD My puppy loves to nibble on towels, this is absolutely safe
