Quality is nice and well made, traps heat really well as I can feel all the heat from the stream once inside. It does take about 10 minutes to warm up and start steaming but after that you will sweat and it's a refreshing feeling. Controls are easy and the temperature is aimple to adjust. Remote is very handy for when your inside steaming already to turn off or adjust heat. Good value too. Make sure to never over fill the first line water level (does not steam if it's over filled). I would advise for people who are over 200 lbs to use a different chair. Only small downside is steam comes from the bottom so it get hot and you'll need to move your feet around.P.S. tell you the truth, this machine steams so much I was dripping with water and I couldn't tell if I was sweating or if it's water from steam. When I get out, my skin is slightly pink and it feels like my skin is breathing. I am a happy customer.

Review of saunaI like this sauna a lot. It is perfect for what I need it for. I'm on a smoothie cleanse 10 day challenge and so it helps me release the toxins. I like to dry brush before I go in.Pleasantly surprised, it was shipped a week earlier than what I was expecting it. Easy to assemble. I like the little beep at the end so that you know when your time is up as it counts down to zero. It gets very steamy so I set up a fan to keep my head cool. I like the little zippered outlet that is at the top to free your hands or just let out extra steam. Zippers are smooth and glide easily. There is a small steam box that can be used to put aroma therapy herbs or flowers.Chair-the small blue chair that comes with the sauna is too small for me. I don't know if my head would even reach the outlet at the top of the sauna. It sits pretty low. I don't think I would be able to get up off of it without help. So I put in a folding lawn chair with arm rests and can really relax. See picture attached.Remote-whatever you do, don't lose the remote! I cannot figure out how to increase the temperature on the steamer apparatus itself. I have to turn it on at the steamer but then use the remote to adjust the steam setting.Folding it back up- I cannot tell by the pictures how to fold it back up into that nice little round carrier it came in. Perhaps I will look at other reviews to see if somebody else has figured it out. I keep it on my covered deck and put a chair cover over it to keep it from getting wet from the rain.The instructions about "old people" cracked me up.It was money worth spent.

Finally, I've attained true power. Nothing can or will stop me now.

It’s a little awkward setting it up for the first time and no matter what I did I could not get the tent folded down and back into the carrying case. Not a big deal as I put it in the closet when not in use. It takes a few minutes to warm up but once it’s hot it’s stays nice and hot. The tiny chair it comes with is pretty uncomfortable but it gets the job done. I would suggest this to anyone who has chronic pain that heat helps to alleviate. The price is fair and the product is quite nice other than a couple little things.

I really like this steam bath. I waited two years to invest in one and wish I had done so sooner. I bought this steam bath about a month ago to aid in my Ayurveda Panchakarma detoxification therapy treatment and it works very well for that purpose. It don't think it has really helped me with weight loss (I think the other Panchakarma treatments are what is really helping me with that.), but it's helping my body eliminate toxins, which is the main goal for me. It heats up nicely, is easy to assemble, and fits in my small walk-in closet for privacy. (I set up my computer to watch videos while I steam.) I really like the remote control, which is within easy reach of a small pocket stitched into the outside. With the remote, you can turn it on or off, change the timer, or change the temperature. I also like the zippered holes for arms, so I can reach my glass of water while steaming. The instructions recommend heating the sauna up to level 9 (the highest temperature) and then dropping the temperature to 5 when you get into it. That's a good recommendation. Level 9 is way too hot, but levels 5 or 6 are tolerable. The chair is flimsy, so I sit on it very gingerly. I'll probably put a new seat inside soon. My only caution is the steam vent within the sauna. Don't put your feet too close to it or you'll get burned. I twist the tubing so it's at least half a yard away from my feet. You also have to empty the steam vent after every couple of uses or the water in it can overflow. P.S. I add lavender and eucalyptus essential oil drops to the water--smells wonderful and is very calming and good for the sinuses.

First time to use it and it is great!!! Its really like going to a sauna and just sitting in a hot room doing nothing. The steam gives off enough heat to give my heart a work out. Just take caution and heed to the advice and start at temp.7, and work your way through. Will purchase again!
