This sign is awesome! It is very bright & so stands out much more than you'd expect a sign this size.It came on time (2 Days w/prime), was packaged very well. Wrapped in bubble wrap, then boxed, then had 1/4 inch plywood on each side, was wrapped again & then boxed with cardboard. Set up was easy as well. user error had me overwrite the "welcome" message, which was fixed in less than 5 minutes, From opening the box to hanging in the window w/my message was < an hour.

NOT user friendly
I am throwing this thing out. Where to begin? First off, I have a choice of three colors (red, green and yellow). It doesn’t matter how many people I have assigned to try and upload my sign, it simply cannot be done. I have spent hours exporting, trying to sync, saving, deleting, you name it - nothing works. I cannot get rid of the ONE THING I was able to upload, and it looks like crap. Good luck. Maybe the person who takes it from the trash at the end of the driveway can figure it out. The sign wins.

Pretty versatile
The Good--- Time to upgrade from an older sign we had in our game room. Many options out there, and I'm glad I went with this one that had a "WiFi" feature. Sure, you can change the output and just transfer via a jump drive, but why do that when you can just transfer via WiFi straight to the sign from your computer. GREAT feature.--- In essence, you create many little scenarios, then just check the box next to the ones you want (in a drop down list) to display, then they'll run in sequence. Pretty easy to move scenarios up and down the list as well if you wish to change the order. Select and de-select scenarios you want for your current occasion. This is pretty nice, so if you've taken the time to create something really nice and you don't want to use it for the next event, you don't need to erase it, just de-select until you want to use it again.--- The preview area in the software to check your work is nice to have. So if you see a mistake, you can fix it right then and there.--- The reviews I've read were very good, especially with tech support over seas. There were to many reviews that stated Evelyn was great to work with, I'm hoping tech support would be a last resort. I'm really hoping I don't have to go there, and because I had experience with an older sign, I figured I'll probably be able to figure it out.The Bad--- The software does move kind of slow. And in this day and age 3-4 seconds to observe an update, or change does seem long, but overall acceptable.--- When moving scenarios up and down your list you can only move it one slot at a time. At 3-4 seconds a move, moving something 8 or 9 slots (which I do), it takes a minute or two. Would be nice if you could just drag and drop to your new spot. The Ugly--- The instructions are just about useless. I set this sign up in my office right next to my computer so I can observe what was happening in real time. Because the instructions are so bad, you really had to poke and hope around to see what worked. What really made this frustrating, was waiting for the software to catch up to your inputs. This seems like an eternity while you're trying to figure this out. VERY FRUSTRATING. So much so, after about 45 minutes I really was ready to pack it up and send it back. But after all the research I did on getting a new sign, I really didn't want to go through the process again. I took a 30 minute break and came back to it. Because I already had "sign" experience, I was able to tackle it. But it was almost a coin toss whether I kept it or notAt the end of the day I am very happy with this sign. Even after 6 months of ownership, I still don't know how to use all it's features. But it does do what I want, and if I need more, I'll dive in and figure it out. Because of all it's great features, I would recommend this sign. I'm very tossed between 3 or 4 stars, only because of the frustration factor with the instructions. The deciding factor was my overall happiness with it, so 4 stars, but just barely. And only because of the VERY BAD instructions included. May I suggest putting a team together to form a new instruction booklet, and an English version for your friends overseas. With this ONE change, I would have given this sign 6 stars.

Nice sign but directions need work
Love this sign. Works great. Directions on how to use it are horrible. However, once you figure it out it is not too bad to program.

Good Sign But It Is NOT FULL COLOR - Only 7 colors
For the money, this is a GREAT sign. However I thought the only thing that I was sacrificing by going with this sign compared to the ones priced a few hundred dollars more was size and pixel density (this is only 32 pixels High x 160 pixels Long). However the reason for the 3-Star rating is because this sign is NOT FULL COLOR as the description and title imply. If you look closely at one of the example images, you will see a small reference to only "7 Colors." Digging further into the older questions that have been answered, will you find a response indicating that the only colors available are Red, Green, Blue, Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and White. I don't know if this is a software limitation or because of the type of RGB LEDs used in the sign. But what is missing is saturation for each color. Basically this sign can only do 100% of each color or combinations of colors. RGB is usually rated in gradients from 0-255. For example Red (255 R, 0 G, 0 B), Green (0 R, 255 G, 0 B), Blue (0 R, 0 G, 255 B), White (255 R, 255 G, 255 B), Yellow (255 R, 255 G, 0 B), Cyan (0 R, 255 G, 255 B), and Magenta (255 R, 0 G, 255 B). It cannot do anything except 0 or 255 for each of the colors RGB. If it could do fractions such as (255 R, 153 G, 0B) then you could get in-between colors like Orange for example. If it could do this, then the sign would allow you to have over 16M colors (16,777,216 to be exact) instead of just 7. Then you would be able to display images or video. Right now if you import an image, even a basic 32x32 pixel image, the software attempts to replace the colors that are not one of the 7 it can display (usually with white) and you end up with a white blob not resembling your original image. If you play around with excluding colors in the software for the image you are trying to use, and playing around with the maximum number of pixels used for the image, then you can occasionally get a VERY BASIC picture to display (but more like an icon or symbol, definitely NOT Graphics). This is fine if you mainly want this sign to display text, but if you want to display images or video you will need a different product.

Great Product - Great Customer Service
This LED sign light is great, it is very bright and I am totally pleased. it came on time and it was packaged very nicely. The company put their business card in the box. Initially, I was having a problem setting it up so I called the number on the business card. The lady I spoke to asked me if I have WhatsApp account which I happen to have. She told me to hang up and she will call me on WhatsApp so I don't waste money on the International call. She called me right away and we set up a Team Viewer session and she configured everything for me. She also followed up with a text message the next day to ensure everything is working great. I like the product and I like their customer service and I will recommend it to anybody who needs and LED display sign.
