I’ve been on CPAP now for nearly 8 years with limited success. Even so, I would be tired all day and need a nap in the afternoon. I would also get a headache usually once a day in the afternoon. I was pretty fed up with it. I read about these pillows on Facebook and thought what the heck, it can’t hurt. The first night I tried it I thought, “this is different “. The pillow is not soft like most pillows. It is very supportive. The center part that is lower actually supports your head like it’s in someone’s hands. It’s that comfortable. I’ve been on it for nearly 2 weeks now and guess what. Headaches are gone, I haven’t had one since I started using this pillow. Naps are gone, haven’t needed one since I started using this pillow. That fatigued feeling I had all day, gone. I know, it’s hard to believe but I swear to you it helped me considerably. It’s only been two weeks so I’m still a little curious if this will continue, but it’s been a great two weeks. I hate to think how much money I’ve spent on sleep studies and equipment and supplies for CPAP when all I needed was a decent pillow. I also bought the pillows that keep me on my left side all night. Those help as well.

I bought this for my husband over 2 months ago because he was having shoulder pain from sleeping on his side. This pillow lifts his shoulders enough and takes some of the pressure off while he sleeps. It is good quality. The pillow case that comes with it is a little challenging to take on and off, so I use an additional pillow case so it is easier to wash. I would buy this again.

This was recommended to me by a friend. I've been only using it for a week but I find that it offers good support and is much more comfortable than the pillow I was using. I also find that I do fall asleep faster with it. We'll see if it holds up other time before I decide to change this to a 5-star review

Initially I thought I had wasted my money on this pillow. It was not very comfortable, felt hard and hot but I continued to use it. I woke up the following morning to the most comfortable pillow I had every used. With zero neck pain. I am a side sleeper but I.did lay on my back to see how that felt. It was great either way. This review is being written after only one night of use. I will update if my feelings for it change. Right now I recommend this pillow 100%. Edit: I definitely recommend this pillow. Everything I wrote above still holds true. I am sleeping so good it is ridiculous.

Bought for elderly parent from a recommendation of two peeps who had sports injuries (the doctors recommended). they immediately noticed the support. Woke up less achy! A little tight on standard pillowcase, but does fit. It’s held up shape retention.

I haven't had it long enough to do a review on the effectiveness of the pillow itself and didn't plan on doing a review at all for at least a month, but I fear it's going to fall apart before then. I take very good care of the pillow (because of it can really help my neck pain and issues, it's a medical device as far as I'm concerned). It stays on the bed, gets covered with a sheet in the morning and there aren't any animals in the house. Yet somehow, the case already has a rip in it and the fabric is the kind that just keeps ripping once there is a hole. It's very delicate. The case itself has a bit of stuffing in it which is now coming out. The pillow case ripping is a big deal to me because: 1. The case is contoured to the pillow specifically, which helps it keep shape and bounce back after lying on it. 2. There is a button that connects the top top side of the case to the bottom side of the case through a hole in the pillow, right in the center where you lay your head. This is what keeps bowl shape where your head lays, which is a critical purpose in the posture the pillow is designed to keep you in. If you were to use a regular case, there is a possibility that the case could be pulled taught in that area and not follow the contour of the bowl your head needs to lay in, keeping you from achieving the posture you paid all that money to achieve. Which means no pain relief. 3. It worries me that the pillow itself is also fragile and will not hold up if the case is so delicate or had ripped from 3 days use. Keep in mind that the rip is not even close to where you lay your head, so it's not even from the direct weight of my head. I'm kind of bummed about that. Obviously enough to do an early bad review. But I feel like the case is just as important as the pillow itself (they go hand in hand) and you'll understand why if you buy one.

Excellent oreiller pour un soutien doux et efficace J’ai acheté cet oreiller Homca et je suis vraiment ravie. Il offre un très bon soutien sans être trop dense, ce qui permet de garder une position confortable toute la nuit. La douceur de la mousse et la forme ergonomique soulagent bien les cervicales. Très bonne qualité, je dors beaucoup mieux depuis que je l’utilise.

Desde que la utilizo duermo mucho mejor, ya no me despierto mil veces por la noche. La calidad de mi sueño ha mejorado bastante, tal y como, apoyo la cabeza sobre ella me quedo dormido hasta por la mañana sin dolor de cuello. A ver, tampoco hace milagros, si tienes contracturas o pinzamientos no te los va a quitar de un día para otro, te tendrá que ver un médico o un fisioterapeuta. Pero sí que ayuda muchísimo porque es tan cómoda que el primer día te sorprende, no estás acostumbrado y a lo mejor te cuesta empezar a dormir, pero os aseguro que mientras pasan los días se hace imprescindible, la sensación es como si dos nubes te sujetaran la cabeza. Transcurrida más de una semana, pruebo cualquiera de las almohadas que tenía antes y pienso que no sé cómo podía dormir antes con ellas. La cabeza encaja perfectamente boca arriba, de lado también es muy cómoda, boca abajo no duermo nunca así que no sabría decir. El material parece viscoelastico de calidad y la funda que trae también es buena. El olor a plástico del embalaje dura uno o dos días pero no es demasiado molesto. La dureza es media, inmejorable diría yo. En fin, después de tantos años utilizando Amazon, ésta es la primera reseña que pongo porque lo he flipado con la dichosa almohadita. Creo que no invertimos mucho en el descaso, que no lo priorizamos y que no se le da la importancia que se merece cuando es la base de nuestra salud y más a medida que se van cumpliendo los años. Sin más, la recomiendo al cien por cien y que por el precio que tiene es insuperable.
