Has wheat and gluten
Why are you not using alternative flour that is gluten free like Sorghum so more people can eat this? Wheat has gluten

These noodles have a great texture.
As I aforementioned, these noodles are fantastic in the texture department. They’re also a good source of nutrients compared to traditional ramen noodles.

great for a healthier diet with it a good basic pasta base that holds up well and has a slightly firm consistency

Delicious, filling.
I find these both delicious and filling, whilst being low in calories. I strain them after cooking, and eat them topped with soft blue cheese, such as cambozola or gorgonzola, or with stewed beef. Very yum :)
