That I am hands free.
The announcement messages is in another language. I actually like it, because it doesn't interfere with my phone calls or while listening to a movie, and or music.

Battery lasted longer than claimed
I use this to listen to music or audiobooks at work. The sound is good and it oddly manages to live for my entire shift even though the product only claimed a 6-hour battery life.I haven't had it long enough to know how durable it is, it's only been a few weeks. But it seems to be doing well. There are 2 negatives that come to mind. The bud does make my ear hurt after a while and I can't wear a hat with it at all cause anything that pushes it against my ear kinda hurts... but this may just be cause by me having small ears(I find all in-ear headphones uncomfortable). The 2nd thing is it does occasionally decide to unpair itself from my phone. Like if I turn it off during my break and turn it back on after break time, the thing will say it's connected but not play the music when I press play. But I just have to re-pair it when that happens. But I'm not sure if that's a problem with the m18 or with my galaxy 7 edge(which is incompatible with my cars bluetooth and refused to pair with a different bluetooth headphone I bought)

No instructions to change from Chinese announcements to English
This item was light on my ear, paired easily with my phone and sounded clear, but the robo announcements for power on/off and the incoming phone numbers were in Mandarin Chinese. There were no written instructions to change to English. I sent a message to the seller and waited for over a week and never got a reply, so I had no choice but to return it.

Product Ok. Voice Prompts gets a 1 Star
Nothing really wrong with the product. Actually, it does everything it advertises itself to do. Why not a 5 star rating? Personal preference in regards to the voice prompts that boils down to something simple: I CAN'T STAND the female voice you chose to do the voice prompts! She sounds very Eastern European... which may sexy to people overseas, but on this side of the pond if I wanted to listen to Natasha.... I'd watch old episodes of Rocky and Bullwinkle. Yeah, it's really that bad!! I literally have take this out of my ear so as not to hear her say: Da-vithesss... dithconnected. Seriously. 0_o

Great but needs a better ear clip
Bought this to modify for a steampunk earpiece (I occasionally have to be on-call when in costume). I picket it for a simple design and the over ear clip.Pro's: It's easy to paint, adding decorations via glue is also easy, but using screws requires very careful measuring as there is very little extra space inside. Price was also good.Con's: The earclip is too tight and pretty uncomfortable for more than 30 min of wear time.

Great value--works really well!
Battery life seems really good, easily taking me through 5-6 hours is streaming radio and phone calls. You can activate and use Siri with this headset (and probably Google Assistant as well). This headset is comfortable for me too--didn't even realize it was still on a few times. It gets fairly loud but music can get distorted--although streaming radio sounds perfect. It hasn't disconnected once since I've been using it which is fantastic. Great value! I'd buy it again

This was recommended to me so I gave it a try and ...
I have used blue tooths up to $100.00 trying to get something I can hear through and something the other party can hear clearly. This was recommended to me so I gave it a try and it worked so well I ordered three more. One for the two cards and an additional one for my office. The idea on the office I like to talk hands-free so I can continue working but I am on the phone a lot so the other would be a backup if the battery died. Well....so far the backup hasn't been used because the battery hasn't died with all that talking. One more note, I don't use the wrap around the ear piece, with the design of the piece in the ear my stays put by its self.

Stopped working after 2 months
Sound was pretty good - although not noise cancelling as it claimed. Unfortunately after about 2 months of moderate usage, it no longer worked - I could barely hear the people I was talking to, and they could barely hear me. Sometime it would work better if I squeezed it but that's just not tenable. Highly disapponted.
