Adds a good taste to Greek, Indian food. This would not be good for a subdued flavor dish.

This is the first time I've tried EVOO from Kosterina, and I am not disappointed. The Greek herbs shine through without overpowering the rich, smooth flavor of the olive oil and the lemon flavor is a beautiful after tone. I also mixed this with Kosterina garlic oil and it's delicious, especially on chicken and fish.

I love olive oil and I love Greek food, so what could be better than Greek Herb & Lemon Olive Oil?!Kosterina Greek Herb & Lemon Olive Oil is a product that contains EVOO along with lemon oil, oregano oil, onion oil and black pepper oil.I have tried this several times now on asparagus, Greek salad, a simple caprese salad with sliced tomato, Mozzarella, basil leaves and drizzled with this herb oil(which was great!).I also tried it as a Italian bread dipping oil which I had with an Alfredo dish. I have to admit that I wasn't fond of this oil for bread dipping. In my opinion the lemon flavoring was too strong and overpowering for bread. I did drizzle a small amount onto the Alfredo and I was surprised at how good it tasted!I still want to try this on a white pizza and also use it when grilling chicken and pork chops! Or frying fish, from salmon to cod.As far as the flavor goes, the oil itself is excellent, with the notes of lemon and oregano really shining through! I didn't really get the bite from the onion or black pepper oil unfortunately, which I would have enjoyed more of.Be forewarned. While this is an excellent herb oil, it is stronger in flavor, with the addition of lemon and oregano oils than your standard extra virgin olive oils. So you won't be using this for every dish that you are making.This could be looked at as a good thing, since it cost more than most it should last you a lot longer.Overall I would say that this Kosterina Greek Herb & Lemon Olive Oil is worth having in your kitchen when looking to kick up your cooking game!

The herbs are not very tasty! Doctor it up for better flavor!

The flavor of this olive oil is amazing and it has the oleocanthol that is so very beneficial for one’s health.
