Used this the other day and it was easy to use and sliced nicely. It feels very sturdy and love the stainless steel. I didn't try the other blades, but I'm hopeful they will work just as well. I wish there was a way to cover the main blade during storage, other than that I have no complaints.

Works very well, price was right. Docked a star because it bit me deep, despite the guard. New user error, but my knuckle still shows overproduction of scar tissue 3 months later. Bitter with the offending product, not the company. Would not purchase again mearly because I fear the damn thing. Current one has been banished to a dark, distant cupboard for only my husband to retrieve and use. Even he was too scared for a month after my altercation with it!

I Love this slicer! It doesn't stain like the white plastic ones, and definitely more durable. My previous plastic one cracked at the v, and it was only a couple few weeks old. Added a pic of it at the end, for reference. Wish I had gotten the chef grid first, same price and better quality.I've used it for apples, sweet potatoes, and bananas (dehydrated into dog treats). SUPER sharp blade, no kidding. Missing the tips of some fingernails due to not using the holder.Food glides so smooth, and easy cleanup.

The worst Mandolin I have ever tried. It butchered my veggies. There is a gap at the front of the v so the vegetables don't slice through smoothly and get all roughed up. Sent it back for a full refund as fast as possible. A piece of junk.

It did not go thin enough for the products I was preparing.At the smallest setting it kept tearing my vegetables apart and I could not get perfect rings.It felt as if the blade was not sharp enough or just rough.The products I prepare for my friends and Family need to be of a certain quality, and I could not achieve this level with this product.

This product is very well made,but I'm elderly person I couldn't use it, not enough strength to push to slice the carrots. Thank you.

this is a nice mandoline. be warned it is very very sharp. it does everything it says it does. I was disappointed when i say rust after using it twice, being stainless steal.

Love this Mandoline! I was looking for a cheaper yet quality mandoline. It really does the trick. I can slice veggies so thin and there is so little effort involved. The one draw back is the storage. There isn't a case or way to store the machine that makes it organized. However I do recommend this one, for the price you can't beat it!
