Should you wear both left and right pads even if pain is only in one foot?

Neuroma on left foot and I have worn it both ways. Try it both ways and see which way you like it. They are interchangeable. There is no right answer here, do what feels best to you. I am amazed how well they have held up. Good Luck. Doc Woody

My feet sweat a lot, and I wear peep-toe booties. Will the cushion roll or shift around on a sweaty foot with no socks?

Definitely socks are needed to hold this in place. You could try it with sheer stockings or anything that will anchor it...it's rather difficult to seat them properly under a sock or stocking, but they will mostly stay put there. The silicone causes you to roll forward a bit as you walk, absorbing some of the striking motion, but they bunch up and flap around without socks. Good luck!

Depends on your shoe and how tight it is. I used it a lot when I was wearing my track shoes walking around for many hours. What I find is that it doesn't stay in position so sometimes it slides and I had pain in the toes - both upper and lower. That's what you need to watch out for.
