Bought this a my daughter was showing off with her one( diff brand) but I chose this one- didn't even notice it came with carry case so that was a great surprise. THIS IS A WATER FLOSS IRRIGATION PROCESS , ALTHOUGH SURPRISINGLY AGAIN IT CAME WITH TOOTHBRUSH HEAD, THE POINT IS YOU BRUSH YOUR TEETH FIRST THEN USE THE FLOSSER TO GET INTO AREAS AS YOU WOULD A TOOTH PICK , DENTAL FLOSS THREAD ETC, SO STOP SAYING IT DOESNT CLEAN YOUR TEETH- IF YOU DONT BRUSH THEM OF COURSE THE TEETH WONT BE CLEANED, TEETH AREN'T SELF CLEANING JUST LIKE A WASHING MACHINE OR DISHWASHER YOU HAVE TO USE PRODUCTS TO CLEAN THEM,,DIRTY CLOTHES IN THE BASKET DON'T WASH THEMSELVES, ITS MACHINE OR HANDWASH,therefore the item works very well. Mine only just arrived n I've tried it n happy. Great u can't press start n modes whilst charging to waste battery life.It's a neat size compared to others and only has 1 downfall, although u get 2 the charging point covers are tiny and can get lost n to keep them dry I will place in a tiny bag n kept in the floss tool case. It's a manual 360 turn it seems not a battery in action turn as I thought.

Had this since November 2022. I use it in the shower so I don't have to worry about getting wet. Lovely carry bag so i can take it with me. Also have a plug in one, but prefer to use this each day. My Last visit to the hygienist amounted to no plaque removal, think they were shocked, but I knew I had been using this religiously. I will be saving myself £70 next. Battery lasts a really long time, I usually do 2 fills of the container. Really good product.Still going strong in April 2024. Reading comments about it not cleaning your teeth, it's not meant to, you are with your toothbrush, don't understand people who think this is a form of toothbrush 🤷🏾‍♀️. Well worth the money and still getting compliments from my dentist.

First impressions, very happy, good size, very powerful, great range of settings so can be set low also, travel bag is brilliant.

The packaging was surprisingly nice and I really liked the case it come in. HOWEVER, it is flawed in the water tank design, and after about 5 seconds using the water cannot be pumped up, and you had to change all positions and gestures to get the water pumped to the tip to continue using; or refill the tank to full every 5 sec. The package was gone so can't issue a return.

At first, when I got it, I was impressed with the packaging, the case for it, and the different elements to help clean different areas. However, within time, I have to admit that the current is way too strong, even on the lowest settings, which makes it spray around EVERYWHERE. Another thing is that it didn't do anything for my teeth. It didn't clean them at all. My tongue was also the same.After a few months of having it and using it, it stopped working. The water is filled up, but nothing comes out other than air. I looked at it as if something was blocking it, but it just wasn't working anymore as it should. The only positive is how good the battery is.

Poor quality, spraid water everywhere and broke. Not sure how the product got good reviews. After giving poor review the supplier gave a full refund which I’m grateful. I’ve upped my one star review to 2 as I received the refund. Still wouldn’t recommend.
