Good dinghy sailing watch
I wasn't 100% sure when buying this watch as there were a few poor reviews, including the ware of the strap but as Amazon's customer service is so good I knew if I had a problem it would be quickly solved. I have however been very pleased with it, great size, easy to read and the count down resetting if you are slightly late in the first gun is a great benefit and blessing. Yes the buttons are a little stiff but all in all this is a good watch, attractive and suitable for what it needs to do. Worth buying.

Poor design
Watch itself seems well made but the start/stop position is in a position and protuding such that it is very easy to accidentally stop the count down - which has happened on a few occasions since owning, not ideal before a start - disappointing product design.

Strap broke
After 3 times wearing the fastening strap fell of the watch only saved from going into the water by the strap loops. Tried getting support fro amazon who said go to the suppler who said go to the maker Optimim who sad go to Amazon. Still cannot get fixed.

Works very well, but...
UPDATE AFTER 1 year and four months. Basically these watches in tropical conditions and used about two days a week, will last about 12 to 18 months only, before developing cracks and a leak.------This is the second time I've purchased this watch. In tropical conditions the body of the watch perishes very quickly. First the strap retainer breaks, then the main body of the watches develops hairline cracks, then fails to be watertight. Total failure within two years of three times a week use. That was the blue one. Will see how the grey-green fares.
