I take them every day and I love them. I notice a difference when I don't take them. The taste is ok but the quality is even better.

Unsure if it works?
Hubby and I are on a carnivore diet, so lacking some vitamins from the diet. Found these to fill most of the daily requirements.Dosage is 5 pills, which is quite a lot. Capsules did not prematurely break apart and are standard capsule size. Not sure how else to rate this other than getting blood work done to know if it works but haven't done that so cannot contest to its potency or quality.
