Aleve is a great OTC medication - but watch out for Chinese-made Aleve
Aleve is great. But there are sellers that sell bottles of Aleve that are not approved by the FDA to be sold in the US. If the bottle of Aleve looks different from the bottle of Aleve with the same number of pills you find at a US pharmacy, and the bottle itself says "Made in China," then that's not FDA-approved Aleve. Many medications are made in China, but in order to be sold in the US the labs must follow specific FDA rules & their facilities must be inspected by the FDA. In those cases, the companies (Bayer, etc.) do not specify "made in China" on the bottle. When it says so, it's because the pills were not made under FDA supervision and instead they are intended for sale in other countries or continents, not the US. Be careful whom you order from (e.g., stay away from the so-called "little online store" in New Jersey - they sell Chinese Aleve, which is not approved for sale in the US).

Made in China, not "by USA"
The title saying "by USA" is misleading as the product received clearly says CHINA (see back of blue bottle in pics). Here is my findings regarding 3 diff packaging of Aleve:1. Left White is what I normally use and it works fine for me. Not country of origin shows on the bottle. (note that although this is TABLETS and says "BACK & MUSCLE PAIN", but it is same in functionality as the similar looking package with CAPLETS that doesn't explicitly says "BACK & MUSCLE PAIN" )2. Middle Red started showing up at Walgreens and it doesn't work for me as I didn't notice any pain reduction. It explicitly says CHINA3. Right Yellow/Blue is what I received and, since it says CHINA, I expect it to be like the middle one in not working for what's intended to. Also, reading other reviews that gave it one start confirm my suspicion. Thus I'm returning it.I wish the manufacturer clearly identify the difference between all these packages to know which work and which doesn't

Made in China
Ordered "320 caplets by USA." I assumed, reasonably I think, that these were made in U.S.Nope. Made in China.

FAKE ALEVE
There is something wrong with the item I received. It has not relieved my pain like other Aleve products. It says it’s made in Mexico... this just upsets my stomach & provides ZERO relief. I don’t think these are real pills. I’m pretty pissed because it’s too late to return these fraudulent pills.

Big help for arthritis sufferers
I suffer from severe degenerative osteoarthritis in joints ranging throughout my body. My primary care physician recommended I try Alleve to help with the pain and stiffness. Now this is by no means a miracle cure, but it does give me some noticeable relief from the pain and stiffness throughout my body. I take two in the morning and two at night. I find I’m not waking up as frequently in my sleep from the pain and stiffness.

Side effect of taking Aleve everyday
I had a GI bleed after taking two Aleve twice a day for arthritis. I had been taking it for years, but now I have stopped. I was in the hospital for a week and needed two blood transfusions. Be careful.

Why mess with Simi Valley?
They work great. THEY TAKE WAY TOO LONG TO GET HERE but they are great. Why is Simi Valley being messed with by Amazon? We are Prime members and nothing we have ordered in the past two months has been here in less than 5 days.

They work.
My doctor recommended Aleve for my arthritis pain. He told me it was safer for my liver than some other products on the market. I have osteoarthritis and frequent back pain. I don't want to take a heavier medication--but Aleve really helps take away the pain. And it relieves my occasional headaches.
