Excellent value at reduced price as lots of smaller or non-leather bags are priced much higher. Bag arrived well packaged with all paperwork for registration etc. Minor points- zips quite stiff, rectified by rubbing a pencil over teeth and leather finish more 'pebbled' than expected but acceptable and doesn't detract from overall design and function of bag. Lucky timing to buy this bag at exceptional $ - Thank you!

The satchel appears to be a second hand item with thread hanging from the top closure zipper, and customer service did not address my issue of replacing the short detachable scrap with off stitching.

This is a gorgeous purse and a great price. Sometimes I just pet it while softly singing love songs.

This bag is nice, but not great. The color is quite dull, not a rich red like I was expected. The front pockets are not functional at all. Their zippers are very difficult to operate, and they only unzip halfway. The pockets inside are also small. I do like the size and style of this bag. It holds everything I need it to hold without being too big and bulky. I also like the lining inside. I can see everything easily! The hardware, construction, and leather are top quality.

Beautiful bag. The size and color is perfect. Highly recommend. I only give 4 stars because there was a slight scratch on the side of bag, not terribly noticeable. I will be buying other colors.
