Removes sediment so well
I'm so glad to have come across the youtube video about this product, I've never removed so much sediment. I had the unlucky circumstance of having a leaky valve to my water heater. I couldn't vacuum lock the hot water tank, had to empty and install the tool, fill it up and then start cleaning. Next time I might tried to lock out the water main to see if that keeps the water tank in a vacuum. I would say the hardest thing to do, was taking off the drain valve. That was tough, used a 10 inch pipe wrench but eventually I got it off. Probably a good idea to use a longer handle wrench if you have it.

Awesome how much this helps clean out the water heater. Oddly satisfying too

Cable can come off
Works well. The cable detached a few times. But it does work well to break up clumps of calcium inside the water heater
