5.5 Quart Shabu Shabu Hot Pot With Divider for Induction Cooker(White)

Love this Hot Pot cooker. Enjoy eating with my family more then one times already.

I generally don't split my soup stocks but since this pot had a divider I decided to pull 1 qt each of pork and chicken stock from the freezer. It worked great on my portable induction unit. Very good construction, no leaking between the divided sections because the divider is integrated into the pot. Non stick so easy clean up. We did use brass mesh baskets and they didn't seem to scratch the coating. I found it ridiculous that one person reviewed this pot negatively saying they put the handle to the lid on wrong. IF YOU READ THE INSTRUCTIONS you will read that it is shipped that way for protection and the buyer is suppose to put the handle on the correct side. This is so much easier than the charcoal fueled brass pots of my childhood although not so charming. At least now we won't get carbon monoxide poisoning or burn the dining room table and house down!

Had the best hotpot experience.

I have used this at home, at the park, and at the beach. I get to make hotpot where ever I want and save money. Build quality has been great for me. It has a non stick coating which I make sure not to use metal tools on to preserve its life. Make sure to remind your friends to not touch the handles and keep a towel handy because it gets hot fast. It does come with some rubber handle holders which are very helpful but I lost them and have been able to make do with a handy towel.

I’m more pleased than I expected to be with this. There were some imperfections and surface scratches to the handles but the surface seems to be adequately covered. The lid handle was different than show in the listing, but it’s actually kind of nice - can hold a spoon or cooking chopsticks. I tested it with straight water. It took approximately 10 minutes on my 1800w duxtop to come to a boil with 1.5 liters of water on each side. Interestingly, at 200°, with broth inside, it only kept a visible simmer on one side. I did rotate, so it seems to be a function of the pan or possibly ingredients and not the induction cooker. It seems to work great for hotpot. I’ve seen reviews that mentioned that the nonstick coating flaked and I’ll update if that becomes an issue.

Had a wonderful hotpot dinner with this split pot. So fun. If using premade hotpot broths remember to split the portion.

The pot was delivered literally 10min ago. The box looked like a nightmare so i already had a bad feeling. The box looked like it came from ground zero and was obviously returned before because there was no amazon box. Just the product box with a shipping label on it, and there was a older label from a previous purchase on it, but was cut out with scissors or a knife. I noticed the prime tape was at a awkward angle, removed the tape to reveal that the top was ripped in half and they placed tape to hide it. Now on to the pot itself… Plastic covering the items were extremely dirty , pot honestly looks like a great quality but has paint chips. And the Icing on the cake, the Lid has a handle installed on the bottom of the lid and not the top. literally someone unscrewed the handle and installed it in reverse. Probably my worst Amazon experience to date. The pot really does look nice but no replacement option available so ima just get my money back and buy one in person at a H mart or something…

The interior of the pan seems to be good; however, the bottom surface is uneven, making the pan unsuitable for an induction cooktop. So, I had to return the product.

Ne convient pas pour 6 personnes. Le bouillon diminue vite .Pour 6 il faudra préparer un bouillon supplémentaire pour en rajouter. Sinon soirée réussie

From time to time there are products that charge a premium but 100% delivers on its promise -- this pot is one of them. As a Chinese, I grew up eating hotpot innumerable amount of times and I must say this pot is by far one of the best I've ever seen or used. Highly recommended! Pros: - Extremely light weight - Paint job is superb - Matted metal finish inside feels luxurious - The divider is actually sealed inside so the soup doesn't leak from the bottom - It's wide, very roomy, but not too tall -- perfect height on the table - Heats up fast - Comes with a quality lid and some silicon grips Cons: - Almost twice as expensive as your typical cheap ones from the Asian markets
