Good product, great customer service if you need it
Shipping and arrival was only a few days. Arrived in a damaged box causing some damage on the handle. Sent an email with pictures to Valor Fitness and the next morning I had a response asking for a shipping address. That afternoon I got an email with a tracking number. VERY HAPPY with customer service! Fairly easy to put together but I used my own tools not the ones included. Took about 30 minutes taking my time. It has slightly different angles than the one we use at the Chriopractor's office but it does the job and all the same stretches work the same way. The unit is actually more stable than the one in the doctors office! The best part is the price is about half of what the competitor is and every bit as good. The only thing I'd change if I designed it would be a way to adjust the seat forward or backward some to get just the right balance on some stretches. Instead of that I just use the top of the handle bars or the bottom and that usually gets the job done. That is mostly a personal preference. Love the machine over all and love it twice as much due to the price being good in comparison to all the others.

Superb quality and great price
If you're looking for this style back stretcher you probably know this is the cheapest one available. However don't let that fool you, it's extremely heavy duty and works very well. I first used the more expensive Precor model in a chiropractor's office. This gets the same effect for significantly less cost. If you have a metric socket and wrench set with 14mm, 17mm & 19mm the assembly is much easier.

It works!
This stretcher is heavy and well made. Does everything the Pre-cor model at the gym does. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is it doesn't have the panel with all the stretches illustrated on it. You can get a copy of those fairly easy. I like this unit and is about half the price of PreCor.

Stretch it out
This is just like the commercial gym. Very happy with the purchase. Definitely helps stretch the upper back. And posterior chain

Excellent
Excellent product, heavy duty. Better made then the competition at same price. I highly recommend. Wish it had sticker or manual how to use.

very good for the cost
I used the Precor version at the gym and it helped my back pain out so much that I wanted to buy one for home. It isn't quite as nice as the Precor version but well worth the money. The Precor version is not worth the extra money. However when I received mine it was clear someone tried to put it together and then returned it. The machine was complete but parts of it were put together already and it was haphazard in the box. The box was pretty much destroyed when it came to the house. But the product was all intact and in good condition. I can't install the safety straps because whoever tried to put it together before me didn't put them on as they were suppose to and I can't get it over the foam. I'm ok with this as I usually don't use them anyhow. Overall the unit is well worth the money, it just would have been nice to get a new one instead of a return. Or at least they redo the returned one.

Great, Value & Customer Service
I have used the insanely expensive Precor ($700) at our gym for years and always thought how great it would be to have one at the house but I wasn't going to pay the Precor price. After finding the Valor Fitness unit and reading the good reviews and the great price I gave it a chance, very happy I did. Solid unit at a really good price.I did have a slight problem with the package, but a quick email to Valor and they answered within hours and fixed the problem. Great customer service is just something that is rare these days, so when you find it... it's always a breath of fresh air. Thank you Jeff!
