Paper quality is good,but content is irrelevant , author did only comparison with other text book author,self praising,acc to content it is very costaly,this is not good for student ,but good for philosophical loved person as he compared in good manners.

This is a very knowledgable commentary on the Yoga Sutras. Great insight on the history and application to daily life. Also great explanations about the meaning and use of Sanakrit in each sutra. The package shipped quickly. It was packaged and wrapped so well that the book arrived in perfect, new condition. The Kaivalyadhama Institute book store is great to do business with.
