I was in a multi-year study evaluating these for heart health. During the study it was found that the product actually improved memory! I can 100% attest to that from my personal experience. The study ended a few years ago and I have continued taking these and will for as long as I can. They work, which is not something I can determine with many supplements I have taken or take now. I don't have any negative side effects. I recommend them to all my family and friends.

i have been taking this for about 4 or 5 years now…..I take one capsule per day though instead of two. I noticed an improvement in my ability to more easily remember old info after a few months on the product. Thought two a day was too pricey given the totality of supplements that I take. Two per day as directed may have worked better or more quickly. Either way, I think this product works and have continued to reorder it.

My Mom had what they call chemo brain, her memory was fading and she was asking the same question over and over, etc. I bought many supplements, most of the ones available in Amazon, the only one that helped a bit and be clear that I say "A bit" not a whole lot but some, was this supplement and in fact I reordered. With that said, I took my Mom to a neurologist and he prescribed a drug that really helped in a very significant way, he also prescribed therapy and produced good results. So my advice to anyone reading, before you spent a ton of money buying supplements (I probably spent 2k because most supplements are around 50.00 and most don't work), take your relative or if it is yourself, go to a neurologist, your insurance may cover it or at the very least you will be spending your money in things that will give you results instead of trying a bunch of 50 dollar supplements that won't give you significant results and that add up very quickly into large sums of money. Still if this is for someone with very light symptoms and not a real neurological condition this one may help.

Cocoa is very good for the brain. This is a quality product.

I've been taking this for a while with no real noticable benefit. No negative effects either, but the cost of this supplement is probably what will prevent me from reordering. I got a three pack of these at $77. That it's now around $110 is wild. If this had a night and day difference when taking it, I'd be more likely to throw $100 at it every 3 months, but at this price point, it just doesn't seem worth it.
