Fruit cocktail in heavy syrup is increasingly hard to find.My recipe calls for a full size can; these would be okay if they were half-size (so I could double them) but they are more than half-size, and that complicates my recipe.Still, I'm happy to even have access to this style of fruit cocktail.If you just happen to have a liking for fruit cocktail in heavy syrup, these should work well for you.The cans are not cheap, but the price I paid was *almost* within reason.

Fruit cup from my Childhood
Okay don’t laugh but it’s hard anymore to buy fruit in heavy syrup. I was delighted to find this on Amazon.Fruit variety ratio is pretty good. I love the seedless grapes and peaches. Before I eat the fruit, I have to get a few teaspoonfuls of the syrup. Delicious!Perfect snack or dessert. Enjoy!
