Technology - When the game is on the line, no detail is too small. That's the philosophy behind everything we make, we design the lenses, the frames and every detail to work together. The result: Your sunglasses not only look and feel great, they perform as hard as you do.

X-9s and glasses
These are OTGs. They are designed to fit over glasses. If you are not a glasses wearer I am not sure why you would pay for this model. They are big. I have not had the problem with them sliding down on my nose that others have reported. (Did they tighten the strap?). Some Rx glasses that are very wide (hinge screw to hinge screw) may not fit well under these glasses.I have skied for 4 decades and always with my glasses. There are 3 main problems that the glasses wearer faces with goggles: 1) fitting the glasses under the goggles, 2) fogging, 3) the tendency for the goggles to cause the glasses to wiggle or vibrate with every bump impact.1) Fit: these seem to be adequate although skiing is so important to me that I consider the width of the glasses I will use when I purchase the glasses. Some Rx glasses are too wide to fit well under any goggles.2) Fogging: The goggles seem to do fine. That does not mean your glasses will not fog. It is important that you use some kind of anti-fog coat on your glasses. The cloths are okay, but the sprays and greases (Cat Crap for example) seem to work even better although you pay a price in overall clarity (they tend to leave a film).3) Vibration: These are okay. The cut outs on the sides help and as long as the front corners of your glasses are not rubbing on the goggle lenses the problem is not any worse than simply wearing your glasses.Miscellaneous comments for the glasses wearer: Fogging is the biggest problem IMO. I like powder. I ski when it is snowing. Here's a few tips:- Put your goggles on before you walk out of the lodge. Do not let your glasses lenses get any colder than they have to have to; it will only make the fogging problem worse.- Don't let your head overheat. If you wear a wool hat consider taking it off when it gets warmer. If your helmet has vents - open them up as much as possible. The cooler your face is; the less it will cause your glasses to fog.- I have tried the goggles with the fan built in to them. They did not really help me any. If the goggles I am using have adjustable vents I always keep them as open as possible. The X-9 does not have adjustable vents, but they seem to be as "open" as any I have used with adjustable vents. One other thing: Previous reviewers have not mentioned the tint of their X-9s. They come 4 tints. My "modulator vermillion" did not change colors evenly and leaves me with a very distracting dark area in one section of my field of view when the sun comes out. The "modulator" is a very nice tint feature because of its wide range of light adaptability. I will reorder another pair of these as I like them a lot. If the new ones are not better I will let you know. I have a pair of "polarized brown" that are very nice on sunny days

Amazing Goggles for the Price!
I bought these with the vermilion lens. I have only used them once, but went skiing the entire day. During that day I went in and out of the lodge a few times to grab a bite to eat. This is the time where most of the goggles fog. I never once had any type of fog on my goggles or glasses! Also, when I went fast down the mountain, you could feel a nice cool breeze coming through to prevent fogging. The lenses are very big. This helps considerably with the your view. It allows you to see the entire mountain without having to adjust your goggles move your head. This is a huge advantage! I compared these with my wife's Smith Heli OTG goggles. These had considerable less viewing angle. Finally, these are very comfortable. I have normal sized glasses, that never had to be adjusted. I was able to ski the entire day without any discomfort. This is a big deal, if you are going to be skiing the entire day. The foam was very comfortable around my face, and kept my face warm.I highly recommend!!!

Ok product, won't fit over helmet
I haven't worn these skiing yet, but did put them on around the house. The fit on the face feels really good and there is no problem wearing these over my glasses. The fit is very comfortable. I haven't worn these out in the cold or gone skiing yet to see if they fog up. That will be a big issue as I have had trouble with fogging glasses while wearing other non-OTG goggles. My biggest negative on these is that I have adjusted them as far back as the strap will allow and they will not fit well on my helmet. I have a size large Lucky Bum helmet that appears to be no bigger than any other helmet, but when I mount the goggles on the helmet there is not enough strap length to get the goggle enough room to fit over the top of the helmet. I have to bring them up from the bottom of the helmet to get them in the front of the helmet. This works ok when the helmet and goggles are put in place in the correct location for skiing, however it is quite awkward to put the helmet off and on as the goggles cannot be pulled forward and put on the top of the helmet. This would also require me to remove the helmet just to remove my goggles. This may be a deal breaker. The darker polarized lenses seem to look nice and I was happy with the view looking through these. I looked out in the yard with about 2 inches of snow on the ground and a very grey day and everything was clear and was very happy with the view looking through these. I am not sure how these will be for night skiing.I will be using these this weekend and will update if anything substantially changes. In summary, great fit on the face, great fit over my goggles, polarized lenses have a great and clear view of the snow, but not being able to fit over my helmet is a problem. I will try adjustments to see if I have missed something and will be using these this weekend and will update if there are any substantial changes in my review. Would be at least a 4 star review to this point if the goggle would fit over my helmet.***** Update - I have worked the straps over a little more and have gotten them to fit over my helmet, but it is extremely tight still and I am not sure this is enough for me to change the rating to a 4 star. I bought the same Lucky Bum helmets that I have for my wife and three kids. All of their goggles fit just fine, even my 7 year old that obviously has much smaller goggles than me, so it really isn't an issue with the helmet. My helmet is a large, so it isn't ridiculously over sized or anything. My other non OTG goggles fit fine. So my thinking is that if OTG goggles use a thicker foam gasket where it meets your face to allow room for your glasses, then the strap should be longer to compensate. I think these will work well for other fit and hopefully fogging and I think they fit so well over my glasses that I will give them a try and see if they start to stretch a little with usage and the problem goes away.

Excellent goggles for the price
Bought a pair each for me and my wife, who wears glasses (I don't). Have only worn them a few times, but we're quite pleased with the purchase. She especially likes them, claiming that they accommodate her glasses quite comfortably. The last time we went skiing, it was sunny, but winds were gusting up to 30 mph. The goggles did a fantastic job buffering against the wind - they actually kept the top half of our faces warm - and maintaining clarity despite powder being blown repeatedly in our direction. Neither one of us has encountered a problem with fogging or slippage on this or any other trip. The goggles are a little narrow on me, but after a few minutes, I normally don't notice that I'm wearing them. I think if I had spent more on the goggles, I would have returned them for a better fitting pair.
