These are okay! I love how they fit in my son's lunch box but they don't seem to stay cold very long. Maybe because they are so thin.

These small, yet mighty, ice packs are fantastic! We use them in our thermal grocery bags when we go shopping. After two-hours, they are still 100% frozen, our milk, yogurt, ice cream, are other refrigerator stuff is cold and frozen.
