This product did not upset my stomach and I have been regular since taking it!!!

I use this to eliminate heavy metals, specifically iron. I have high ferritin storage and am recommended to bring it down via blood donation. However, I also am cursed with deep veins which very few phlebotomists will attempt. Plus, it hurts. So I use a bottle of this 2-3 times per year. My last bloodwork indicated good improvement in ferritin storage.

my iron tends to be high sometimes 54 i take this afew times a week and last time i got it checked it was 46. Been using this for over a year and it keeps my iron in check

I had been taking an other Manufacturer's IP-6 and ran out. They did not have it in stock so to Amazon I went.I found these guys and I will never switch back! Vegetarian capsule and ZERO additives. All at a great price!You will not feel a whole lot different but was with most supplements they have a long term effect, IP-6 is one of those while you may not feel a whole different, your body will appreciate it years down the line.

Great stuff. It's vegetarian and pure IP6 (nothing else)!I tried the "Gold" IP6 formula and it immediately caused constipation. I should have read the reviews as complaints were there, too. Turns out that other product isn't just IP6, but Pure Encapsulations IP6 is pure IP6. In fact, that other product caused me so much trouble, I threw out an almost full bottle.Tried this instead and no problems whatsoever and I can tell there's a difference already (for what I am taking it for).

I have high BP and this was recommended along with several others supps to pull the high levels of iron out of my blood so it would not be so thick. The MD says it works beautifully and my number are definitely improved.
