May or may not be fully compatible with Ableton Live, but who knows?
It's a great idea and I see that at least one customer has gotten his working. I wanted it as a stage controller for Ableton Live -- the idea of walking around the stage and summoning up clips was appealing. I'd planned to open the set with it as I walked onstage and approached my Ableton rig. Unfortunately, I never could get it installed within Ableton. The problem is one you're already familiar with if you buy a lot of specialized software add-ons with Ableton (and probably with other DAWs as well). The guys who design this stuff are rocket-scientists at programming and many of them haven't a clue about conveying operating instructions to musicians. I communicated back and forth with Minim support 4 times. By then I realized my tech was becoming thoroughly irritated with my inability to understand "simple instructions" while I on the other hand would discover while trying to follow them that routinely various preliminary or intermediate steps were "assumed to be obvious" and so weren't mentioned. When the last omission meant going back and asking for more help I returned the item. it took a fairly reasonable 3-4 day roundtrip for a response from support, but with, say, four response, we're now at 2 weeks wIth a concert coming up and other things to prepare for it was time to move on.Just to generalize here for a moment before letting go of this (which was so disappointing): audio tech support comes in three flavors: there's good support by informed techs who are aware of what they need to convey to customers to solve problems; there's bad support by informed techs who aren't aware of they need to convey, and then, of course, there're the underpaid and under-informed who're generally useless. Companies (and I'll fingerpoint at Minim as an instance) need to understand that designing software is one skill; being able to support it is another. The latter isn't obvious. Companies have to put some effort into monitoring support and seeing how things are going. They need to have feedback from customers and that feedback has to be institutionally incorporated as a matter of routine . Any company that wants to understand how to do this well: Amazon is the best example.

Excellent MIDI Controller!!!
Excellent MIDI controller. It worked right out of the box with my 2015 MacBook Air. I’m using it to control my DJ Lighting software (SoundSwitch) and it works great. It held a charge for my 7 hour gig. I own a lot of MIDI controllers and this is a bargain at the price being that it has wireless MIDI and that it’s battery powered. It has a solid build too. I’m definitely buying another.

I like it but it does not seem to be edited from an iPad Pro.
Does not seem to be edited from an iPad Pro. I got it to link thru Bluetooth and play the app which was responsive. I wanted to be talked thru programming it to run looperverse with Livid customer service but it is email only and very responsive. If I can program it thru my MacBook Pro I'll give it a 5 star. It is very cool and portable just wish I could program it thru the app.

Overpriced and far to exclusive
This thing is way over priced. It works fine with minim app but that’s it, you can barely use it to record with other apps. When using a different app the only functional buttons are the 8 pads; the slider, tilt and 15 extra buttons are nearly useless, they only work on the minim app. If they added inter app capabilities it would great but I doubt that will happen.

Laggy, short ranged, no android app
Don't ever try to do a live set including this device. The average lag is about 0.5 sec. The bluetooth range to my mac is less than 5m. On the kickstarter campaign they said they would develop an android app but they never did it. I'm avoiding that company at all cost.
