Bedwetting Alarm for Kids Girls & Boys - CUMIZON Nocturnal Enuresis Treatment Nighttime Potty Training Alarm

We had an older model of this alarm that we replaced when it wore out. The main issue with this new one is that it is very difficult to attach the clip to the under garments. The clasp is very stiff and hard for an adult to attach and practically impossible for my 10-year old. Also, if the garment it thin the sensors will connect causing the alarm to go off even if it's not wet. This makes it very difficult to place strategically where it might detect wetness sooner. We had to clip it to the outer edge of the garment where the fabric was thicker, but further away from where it could detect an accident sooner. The past few nights my child has woken up wet without the alarm even sounding because it was placed too far from the initial source. But we couldn't clip it closer because the fabric of the garment was thinner causing the sensors to connect through it. Really bummed as the older model worked much better, was easier for a kid to clip into place and didn't seem as sensitive to the fabric thickness.

product. Was hopeful with this product. It was loud enough that I hear it in the next room ,but the vibration and noise could not wake my child. Also the clip would come off and give false alarms wearing down the battery, which died before he overcame bed wetting. Back to the drawing board.

it was working just fine and we had no issues until I thought the batteries died on it and then I replace the batteries and it is still not working I'm not sure if it's still under warranty or not I've only had it 6 months. it died a few months ago I just now remember to get batteries for it assuming that it would start working just fine again but it's not working at all and I've tried the batteries and every single different direction
