I’ve been using this yeast for a while now, The granules activate quickly, rise beautifully, and give my breads, rolls, and pizza dough a light, airy texture every single time. I also love that it stores well and stays fresh for months when kept sealed properly.

I'm giving this 5*s because of the product, However, I find the title "0.75-Ounce Packet (Pack of 9)" very misleading. these packets, as most people know, are .25 ounce each and come in a strip of 3 making the strip .75 ounce. So when the title says ".75-Ounce" most people would think that it means a strip of 3 and a "Pack of 9" would make it 9 strips of 3 for 27 singles. That is not what you get, you actually only get 3 strips of 3 for 9 singles.
