Great for keeping wipes wet
Wish they were more absorbent to take in more water when you have to re-wet them.

Stain easily
The pillow is incredibly absorbent which keeps the wipes nice and hydrated. I haven't had a single issue with the wipes drying out or looking or smelling burnt due to lack of moisture within the unit. The only issue I have (which is purely cosmetic) is the pillow staining if it happens to get drier than expected. To ensure bacteria growth is inhibited as much as possible, I add a few drops of tea tree oil to the pillow before adding it to the case. I haven't had any issues, and it also helps keep the wipes safer for my little one!

Really helpful with the wetwipe warmer
This pillowcase holds a moist "pillow" to keep the warming wet wipes moist and keeps the pillow off the floor of the warmer, so it does not dry out as fast. If your pillow is on the floor of the warmer and not kept moist, it browns and dries out. The pillow case won't keep the pillow from drying out, it will just keep it out of direct contact with the heating element and preserve the moisture a little longer. I still had to remind my mother's caregiver to keep the pillow moist, so that is would keep the wipes moist. I highly recommend this.
