I was a little sceptical that this belt would work but on someone else's advice I got it. I have rheumatoid and osteo arthritis, both knees have already been replaced and will need hips done too this belt enables me to work all day with 70% less pain. It takes a bit to get it in the right spot but once you do WOW

The product is easy to use and the videos available explain its benefits and use quite well. I use it to manage my SI pain when golfing. It helps quite a bit.
