Can muscles be exercised？

I wouldn't really consider it excercise, more of a massage. It does or can however make your muscles flex so , in a way, maybe could consider it excercise.
  You can excercise while wearing/ using the tens unit. I use mine when going on treadmill or on daily walks I take. I have bad sciatica and while using the tens  unit , I can still feel pain, but the tens unit somewhat seems to make the pain less intense, I think because it interferes with the pain signal going from your pain source to your brain causing you to not notice and feel as intense pain as you would with out the tens unit, at least this is how it seems while I use it.

Does this get rid of pain?

It certainly helps with pain management, depending on what your treating, My daughter is a sports physio and she recommended it to me when I picked up an injury to my Quad cycling. It exercises the injured muscle in the same way as a massage and that helps the healing process and reduces pain. It has certainly worked for me as Im back on the bike much quicker than I thought I would be.

What it does  is interfere with or breaks the pain signal from your pain source to your brain so the pain you normally would feel is lessened or over ridden from the tens unit impulses. It works well on my bad sciatica which goes in my back down my hip and to leg.  The muscles in my back area get very tight and sore from the sciatica.I place the electrodes I'm my back where the pain originates , turn on the unit and my chronic pain goes from a level 8 to maybe a level 3 or 4. I made you a short video showing the settings. It works well for me with that and sciatica is some strong pain so I am impressed it helps so well.
  You can select from different modes to your preference, from there you can select the intensity for each channel. There is an a channel and a b channel. Each channel has its own intensity setting so you can really fine tune how strong you want it for each channel. Each channel has 2 electrodes that you place on your body by the pain source. You then can set it to turn off automatically at 10, 20,30,40 ,50 or 60 minutes. The rechargeable battery last long and saved on battery replacing expense. But yes, it will definitely help most people I believe with muscle pain.
