No its not dairy free, it contains milk.

The instructions refer to mixing 2tbsp of Pro Shake with 8oz cold water of beverage (milk or alternative)....nothing about making it hot.

Q: Too sweet? Coconut Granules is the 2nd on the ingredients list. I am afraid it is too sweet for my taste and sugar make my stomach sick.

No it’s not too sweet, I don’t drink anything with sugar, I drink black coffee, no sugar free sodas. I can’t tolerate sweet drinks. The only sweetness is the half frozen banana I add. Love this brand.

I honestly don’t know off hand. But any flavor atall if these pro shakes are absolutely delicious and healthy They have the best price and most selection!!!! I have super berry chocolate vanilla latte matcha latte. Yummy!!!!!!!! I’ve lost 15 lbs over 6 months but I’m in my 50s
