Didn't like the taste at all. It is too sweet for me. It also has a unique after taste. I usually use whey protein for shakes and baking so it could be that I am not used to it. Perhaps it requires an aquired taste. Unfortunately it has to go to the trash ☹

If you are a health freak who wants just a taste of pancakes, this is great. A tad dry but if you do some coconut butter or sugar free syrup and some berries, you're still winning.

Ill start by saying that Ive been a personal trainer since 2008 as well as a national level figure competitor for 6 years, so im no stranger to supplements, protein powders, etc. Ive tried them all, but ive made my mistakes and have learned to do my research about what is in them and i suggest you do too. Although this is called a "baking" mix, its not limited to baking. Its not easy to find a vegan protein powder that you can trust AND tastes great, but Ive found it in this. I trusted it enough to use through pregnancies and nursing my dairy intolerant babies, and it never let me down. I use it to make muffins and pancakes for myself and my toddlers (who love it) and I also use it to make shakes with almond milk, banana, pb, and ice every single night. Its delicious and nothing else out there compares. Its simply the best and im so thankful to see it on amazon!

Used this to make pancakes. I've taken a lot of supplements and had awful flavors - this has got to be one of those top 5 for bad flavor. I finished off the bag, simply because I'm stubborn, I used a lot of peanut butter in the process just to make them palatable. Won't be a second purchase for me.
