AlnicovGuitar SSS pickups Fit for Fender Stratocaster Strat/Squier Guitar Cream

I paid about £18 and that is cheap! I wasn't expecting much and am pleasantly surprised. I checked the outputs with a meter and they are as described. Okay they're not top notch Fender (£200?) but they are surprisingly good hot pups. Nicely made and finished. I had to slightly widen the spaces in the pickguard on an Encore E6 to accommodate them so if you're putting them into an Asian made strat check the sizes. A good buy imo.

We shot these out against a couple of Bareknuckle pickups, Fender Custom Shop Fat 50s and some vintage Fender ceramic pickups. These held their own.Considering a single one of the pickups above cost over £100 more than an entire set of these, they cannot be faulted

Usato per "second life" di strato da kit, circuitando decisamente fuori dagli schemi classici (pot CTS 500 e 0.047 su tono) risultano molto pieni. Un suono più rock di quanto avevo previsto dalla configurazione. Poi però mi trovo a suonare Jimmy Page guardando la LP in custodia senza rimpianti, e mo trovo a pensare che la scritta autocostruita "LaJolla SurfCaster" in paletta sia un azzardo. Ma basta regolare la pedaliera che torna a reggere il surf rock dei The Ventures senza problemi. Poca spesa, buona resa. Consigliati
