Bakes just like gluten
To reduce internal fungi build up on my guts —graphic I know! Limiting gluten has become top priority so these became my life saver for my sweet tooth since they bake just like gluten—just have baking powder/soda around & voila banana bread- matcha bread any bread yum!

I use to replace eating oats all of the time
I got this to use, with a few other products, to replace having to take statins. They had me on statins after surgery and they really damaged my muscle and bone. Statins damage a few other things in the body as well, so do some research before taking them. I use the powdered oat hulls as well, and other powders in a mix. i use along with plant sterols, red yeast rice, citrus bergamot, white kidney bean, chitosan and guggal. I take it before I eat. I don't take when I take the herbs I want to absorb well, like cq10, krill oil, garlic, and others/glandulars. Some herbs like ginko and turmeric help with cholesterol and blood pressure, along with their other benefits they are known for. I still have to try to use in making my peanut butter cookies I want to make. I do use in smoothies as well. Super easy to mix into stuff, and dips, chili, soup....my go too :)

Do Not use this wonderful flour to make Chocolate Chip cookies instead of white flour!
Love the flavor of this oat flour. It is a fresh flavor, as opposed to a dry flavor. I would not store it for too long. Also, do not substitute it for white flour in baking 1:1 - your cookies will not come out.I love this as a soup thickener, and for pancakes.

Worked perfectly for my needs.
I use a ratio of 1T oat flour to 1lb ground meat while cooking it to make perfect meat crumbles. The oat flour absorbs some of the oily seasonings and sticks it to the meat.
