Great oat flour!
I love this gluten free oat flour. I use it to make my dog some doggy treats that she seems to like very much. I will definitely keep on buying from them.

Part of a Gluten Free Flour Mix.
I use this as part of a gluten-free flour mix and we love the mix. I have used it as a one to one in recipes for baked goods with great results; have to add a bit of extra liquid, though.

Extremely bitter
I have to agree with the other 1-star reviews. I recently received this flour and immediately stored it in the freezer. Today I made muffins with it, and they had a lingering, bitter, BAD aftertaste. I don't know if this means the flour was improperly stored prior to me receiving it, and is therefore rancid, or if it just has an unpleasant taste. Either way, after eating one muffin, I had to throw away the rest.

Bag improperly sealed
Ordered two bags. One bag arrived incompletely sealed at the top and flour was leaking out from the top. Not a good indicator for freshness or even sanitation.
