I had a Surface Pro 3 so knew how amazing they are were. But SP8 is such s giant step up... the screen in particular but everything is so much better in just 5 years... and the keyboard is also vastly improved and I didnt think it was bad or anything. Get one... you wont regret it. Full PC in a tablet / iPad size with the versatility of the kick stand...

I got this as my last laptop died on me which i used for photo editing and alike.After lots of research i decided to go for this the quailty of the build is great the fill and look is very smooth.I opted for the 512gb ssd (i then also added a 2tb drive for my photos i work on). The additional keyboard fills great to touch and use the pen makes very light work of projects.The price is hefty and took me a while to convince my self to spent that much i would like it cheaper (would aint we all) but if this was 1200-1250 inc the keyboard i would highly recommend it,

Blue screen problems always jumps out whenever I use Zoom for meeting or lessons.- so much headache!!!That's terrible experience I have ever had since I started to use Microsoft Surface.There are no such problems on surface pro4, only happened this surface pro 8!I feel terribly frustrated,I hope anyone can give me a help to solve the problems! Because I am a teacher ,do a lot of on-line teaching via zoom.Almost every time the computer suddenly stops with blue screen error which cause me a lot of trouble !

I love my new Surface Pro 8. I didn't realise how slow my old laptop was making work for me until I purchased the new one. I love the touch screen. I am on the laptop a lot so having the touch screen gives my hand and fingers a bit. It is so much quicker and really has changed my life. Although it is an expensive outlay, I think it has been worth it and I would totally recommend to others.

Whole point of a tablet is to be portable but how it can be portable when battery life is like 1 hour? It's ridiculously bad battery life make it bad.
