My watch won’t charge. Do I need to replace the battery?

A couple of years ago, mine stopped accepting a charge, but I didn't know whether the problem was the watch or the charger since I only had one of each. I happen to live 5 minutes from an Apple Store, so I brought both in and found out that the charger had gone bad. Replacing that fixed the problem. Now my watch charges fine, but often doesn't last the whole day before running low, which is why I'm looking at replacing the battery.

Does this kit comes with the adhesive piece to paste the screen back to the Apple Watch?

Yes But the adhesive tape they came with is not very good and hard to apply. I used E8000 adhesive gel which works much better

How long should it be connected to charger before the screen comes on?

Mine came on in less than 30 min.

Does this kit come with adhesive to reattached watch face?

Yes it does but don’t buy it. This product flat-out will not work and your Apple Watch won’t turn on. Buying any phone replacement part on Amazon is usually a bad idea as they don’t work. Go with InjuredGadgets instead. They saved my Apple Watch after this battery and many others did nothing.
