These headphones didn't stay in my ears very easily, I had to crank my volume up basically all the way just to hear it & worst of all is that yesterday I tried to use the earpod charger as a portable charger for my cellphone, which is one of the features I bought it for, & in less than 15mins the charger went from 100% to 23% power & it was so hot that I felt it through my coat pocket, my sweater I had on under it & a thicker shirt. Would not recommend this product to anyone & have already put in for my return on this. Very scary & dangerous having it heat up like that & power drain so fast.

These bluetooth headphones are excellent. Between my fiancee and I, we have 4 or 5 pairs of wireless headphones, now... I actually LOVE this pair. The sound is great, they link and attach quickly and easily without much effort or work. The only problem I have is that they fit a little oddly in my right ear but I'm sure once I change the tip to a different size, itll fit perfect in there.Almost forgot... I'm pretty sure that the case charges the phones itself. I've had them for maybe 3 weeks now and I have literally NEVER plugged them in to charge them. I just click the phones into the case and the digital display within the case says 100%, still!! They are great and I have already recommended them to more than one person.

I have not had these long so this is just my initial opinion of the PowerPods Pro. I am impressed by the charging case. It is nice to see how much battery power the PowerPods have when I take them from the case, and then how much is left when I return them. I took a picture of the instructions regarding controls while using as there are several questions regarding this. The learning curve is small and you will master it within the day. The sound is impressive for music and movies. As I have some hearing loss in one ear, I also use these when watching TV. My Samsung allows multi-output audio so the TV speakers work for others present and I use the PowerPods Pro. The volume of the TV is much lower now, and the neighbors may think we aren't at home.My only complaint is that the volume on the PowerPods while watching TV is too loud, even when the volume is at the minimum level. As they are separate from the TV speakers, the TV remote control does not control the volume of the PowerPods Pro, and as mentioned before, the volume of the pods has been set to minimum volume via the touchscreen on the left pod. I do wish commercials weren't so loud and I could reduce the volume more, but this isn't enough of an issue for me to return them.

Not happy at all. Not sure how it got good reviews. Only reason this product is even receiving 2 stars from me is because of the great looking charging case.Other than that I wouldn’t even give the product any star. First off, the buttons are too sensitive that I had often wind up ending a call inadvertently. A couple of times I was surprised by a sudden loud music in my ear in the middle of a presentation during a zoom meeting just because I adjusted the earpiece to sit comfortably into my ears.Then, I decided to give it another chance. I put it on while hiking. I can barely hear even with the volume on high. Also, the connection keeps cutting in and out.

The air buds arrived in a sturdy storage box. They have a wonderful compact, digital charging case. The case and earbuds were already charged when it arrived. The case is also digital, allowing you to see the percentage the buds are charged.The buds have great sound. I’ve been listening all afternoon and have found no issues. The case also has two charging ports, one for usb and a micro port. You will receive 4 pair of ear plugs, and a usb cable.The buds are comfortable and stay in my ear.I do recommend these earbuds. The price is great for what you receive.

Randomly disconnecting from Bluetooth on the right side. After about 15 minutes the right ear becomes unresponsive and disconnects from the phone. The function button is completely dead until you put it back in the charger (where it fully recharges in a few minutes). Very frustrated. Sound is good when it works but next to useless when you have to reset every few minutes.Update: followed some of the other advice in the comments and did a full reset of the headphones, so far so good - staying connected.

I’ve been very impressed by the sound quality of these earbuds. However, I have nothing to compare them to because these are the first pair I’ve ever owned!The touch pads on the exterior of the earbuds are very sensitive - so be careful when trying to pause or adjust something - and read the manual that comes with the earbuds to learn the proper tapping techniques!The noise cancellation is good - but not great - but for me it’s not a bad thing. I’ll have these in while cooking dinner and can still faintly hear the kids playing in the other room. So, I’m not upset that they don’t cancel everything.The battery life on these is amazing and I like the case they are stored in and that it tells you what percentage the earbuds are at!Also, I like that I can change the size of the part that goes in my ear. I must have unusually small ear openings and was very pleased to see a small option when I opened the package!!

Mostly the low review is because one of the earbuds stopped charging or responding to the button after about a month or so.The good: The sound and battery life are good and the ability to charge multiple times from the case without connecting to an outlet is great. You can use each earbud separately, and one is pretty well recharged by the time the other does, so the playback time can be essentially endless.HOWEVER: there are some minor annoyances from the way that the button works. It’s not an external button, and it responds to even light touch, so if you adjust the small earbuds in your ear there is about a 50% chance that you pause the music or - worse - hang up on your call. I can easily trigger the “button” accidentally with my arm if I have my hand over my head lying in bed. Water will also trigger the button, so while they are decently water resistant it doesn’t help much because they are constantly turning on and off of water touches them.

I love these earbuds ! I have the AirPods 2 and ZOTO earbuds and these are way better（ think of how much it cost! )With the ZOTO  the un ear fit was horrible these kept falling out which sucked! With these they fit perfect and don’t even feel like I have anything in my ear.  If anybody loves the bass in songs these are great! I absolutely love this earbuds!
