Defective scooter & seller slow to respond
I'd like to leave a positive review but cannot. The scooter worked for the first 30-60 minutes, took it home & put it on charge. Its never worked again since. It simply won't accelerate. Word of advice to the seller, as communication is difficult due to time differences in the world. Please ensure you use you website support page to upload useful detailed youtube videos on how to take apart your products for maintenance purposes or when you instruct your new customers to become self appointed technicians & teach themselves what each wire represents in the battery compartment, because that's what I was indirectly asked to do rather than own their responsibility & refund me. The fate of my sons £300 present for Christmas now lies in the hands of the after sales team & warranty.....Really? I'm expected to use my warranty on the same day the item was delivered to me defective?Sorry, but that's not how we do business in the UK. I'll be making a complaint to Amazon. I feel I'm being messed around.

Great Scooter just not great for for gradiants. Better to walk up the hill.
I like this scooter as it is an upgrade from the S1 of which I alao have. Seems more sturdy than the S1 as the S1 sounded like it was going to fall apart when going.over bumps. The light on the base of the board are brilliant and you can be well seen. My only issue so far is that it doesnt seem to like up hills at all. I have been out on it and my partner on the S1 and when we come to a gradiant the S1 flies off in to the distance and this one slowly lugs itself up the hill of which is not exaxtly steep anyway which is wierd as the speeds and motors are exactly the same. I wrote to Kugoo but havnt had a response

Fantastic scooter
Scooter arrived before estimated date was a xmas present for my son.My son was made up with it just unfolds out the box and ready to go would definitely recommend this.

I had to return because it came to me defective that I had an accident and I had to return and they still do not return my money back they are always very soon and nothing and it has been more than a month without my money
