Osprey Airporter LZ Duffle

I used this to protect my Osprey Aura on a recent trip to Costa Rica. My departing and returning flights both had a layover, so I think the Airporter was subjected to a decent amount of handling. It held up flawlessly, and honestly it still looks brand new. It did a great job of protecting my pack. The shoulder strap isn't the greatest setup; I agree with other reviewers who have stated that it would be easier to carry if it had two straps so it could be worn like a backpack. It's really not a big deal though, just sling the strap over your shoulder and across your torso and it's fine.Edit: It should be noted that I received a different version than the one pictured. Adding a picture of the kind I received.

I got the Large size for use in airport transit with my Osprey Aether 85 L.Very, very useful. packs into a small pouch and unpacks quickly. Was able to put my bag in this while waiting in the check in line. Kept my bag's straps and zipper pulls safe. I have had a zipper break on a different bag due to the airport baggage machines so I strongly recommend covering your backpack with something even its not this particular item,. This product just makes it convenient. Tad expensive so I gave it a 4 star rating instead of a 5 star due to the price.

Used the Medium size for my 65L osprey pack on an international trip (5 flights). It was a great fit, with a little extra room at the top. It held up well and I had no problems. Works great to protect the pack and straps, a concern if you need to make sure your pack is in good condition for backpacking trips. The little extra space was nice for the return when I had extra gear, gifts etc. Nice little clear window to write your name and address. The detachable strap tucks into it's pocket for the flight, and is easy to reattach to lug your pack around.

did not try yet . material looks light and will not carry 60 lb -110 liter kelty redwing . will update it after my trip .

Just like everyone else experienced mine ripped severely after just 2 flights. Also, once its packed full the handle isn't thick enough to be able to carry it over your shoulder. Trying to haul it around is super awkward. Find a large duffel bag for your pack or an alternative.

Holds my 75L internal framed Gregory backpack, plus two sleeping bags for checking-in luggage. Seems sturdy enough. It is an unwieldy beast, a literal pain to pick up and carry. Essentially if you put the cover on the moment you drop it off at baggage check-in, and remove it the moment you pick it up off luggage carousel--it's fine. Carrying it for more than two feet is awkward and uncomfortable. I wouldn't recommend.

This duffel survived six legs of airline flights from the southern US to the Yukon in Canada with about 40 pounds of gear inside my 75 liter backpack. No damage and there was room to spare inside. The only gripe I have is that the shoulder strap is too short and there's only one strap. The strap does stow away in a zippered pocket, so it has that going for it. But, it's awkward to try and move this duffel very far with just the one strap, especially if you're trying to carry your carry on with your free arm. Otherwise, I'm happy and the price was sweet compared to other duffel bags of the same size.

Worked perfect for what I needed it to do!It wasn't exactly like the picture, I don't know if I received an older or newer version (Diagonal Zipper) However it worked as described and was HUGE.I put an Osprey Meridan 28" (L) fully packed, an empty Osprey Farpoint 55 (M/L), a full suit bag, and another small backpack inside this thing! With a little room to spare. In an effort to make it around the world with a single checked bag. Technically I put 6 bags inside this thing. (Both ospreys had daypacks too.)I wanted all the straps contained through baggage claims and on the conveyors. It worked perfect for that, and when it folded up into itself to about a 6" ball it was easy to carry around, or simply tie on.Material is a little thinner than I would have hoped, and it might only survive a few trips around the world, but it worked well keeping $600+ in bags alone contained!

2015 gekauft, schon unzählige Flüge hinter sich. Auch eine sieben monatige Reise komplett überstanden. Sehr gute Qualtität. Kann ich weiter empfehlen.

アトモス50を入れるために買いました。　新しいモデルとの違いは、一見して分かるのはチャックで開く形状が大きく差があります。　これはどちらがいいか？　どちらでもいいように思いました。また肩掛けの部分は新しいモデルの方がしっかりしているように感じましたが、どうせこれは空港で手荷物として預け、到着して受け取ったら出してしまう訳で、この肩掛けで荷物を背負う訳ではないのですから、むしろない方がいいくらいです。　といわけで、比較的安価な旧モデルを選びましたが、旧モデルが手に入らなくなっているのであれば、やむを得ないですね。いずれにしても、ザックはいろいろな付属物が外に出ていて手荷物に預けるには邪魔な部分が多いですから、要らぬトラブルを起こさないためにも、エアポーターはあったほうがいいですね。

エーリエル65で海外旅行に行くために購入。輸送中のザックの汚れも防ぎ、ザックに入りきらないものを入れてまとめて１つにして空港でチェックインもでき、重宝しました( ^ω^ )

C est bien du OSPREY , mon OSPREY kestrel 38 + bâtons de marche + chaussures de randonnée rentrent sans soucis et il y a encore de la place .........Fini le sac poubelle pour l emballer a l aéroportSuper pratique super caustaud
