The media could not be loaded. Great product but unfortunately the “tightening screw” portion above the clamp is not very strong.Benefits: 1. Sturdy as an all get out, 2. Holds electronics really well, 3. Ridged shape that holds form… Negatives: 1. Sometimes too damn rigid, 2. “Screw on” portion breaks when using too much pressure.I will reach out to the company and update my review once I see if they offer me an idea to fix this, or a different solution.EDIT 10/10/2023Update: the company was super sweet and helped provide a discount on a way more updated version of their product that is even stronger (my model was outdated and out of warranty). I gave this review now 5 stars. Fantastic customer service. (Included new photo in review, seen at the end.)

I use it three times a week to hold my phone at dialysis. Do not get a phone holder they're not strong enough. Get a tablet holder. I go through about one a year so I wish they were a little more durable other than that they're great.

I bought this item as a gift for someone, and it works pretty well! If you have a tablet that you do work on, this is a very good item to reduce the strain on your neck! If you're sitting down, you can hold it to your eye level, and lying down you can adjust it to be in front of you or to the side. I found that the other products were too short, so this one was the right size. The neck is sturdy and can easily hold up a screen or tablet, but it is slightly hard to adjust.

Was a great thought in theory- doesn’t hold very well.Unless you have a perfect surface for the device to connect to, it is difficult to get a proper install. Difficult to use and frustrating to work with.The weight of the item would cause the arm to fall if it wasn’t in a perfect position. Disappointing

Only recently obtained but I find that this device is a little bit too sturdy. It is difficult to position and also straightening the arm is impossible. If you want something aesthetically pleasing while it's in use, this one might not be your best option. It is functional once you get it where you want it.

This is like magic, no hands for reading a kindle. it remains in place and all yo have to do is turn the pages or turn off your kindle. So cool

In under 2 weeks my clamp broke because it's made of cheap plastic. They did send me a replacement for free but a couple months later after learning to be very careful with it, the bending cord snapped and the clamp was giving out again. The cord snapping can be seen in other reviews' uploaded images. I spent a little more money on a different one with a proper metal clamping mechanism and a stiffer cord and I am much happier with the purchase. If I had to keep buying these I would very quickly spend significantly more money than I am with just spending another $10 on the metal clamp with the higher quality cord. I recommend you do the same.

I use this for my kindle and it works great and clips on well but I feel like I need to be doing more bicep curls at the gym to be able to reposition the arm! It is very sturdy but very difficult to adjust it. If you only ever need it in one position you’re probably good to go but if you want something that you can adjust constantly, there may be better ones out there.
