You can adjust the weight so yes, although the lightest weight is still fairly hard

How to exercise the arm press 1. Bend both arms and bend the springs hard behind the neck. 2. Bend the springs forward and upwards with both arms and then relax. 3. Bring both arms closer to the chest, bend the springs, then straighten and slowly relax. 4. Stand with your feet apart, bend your right elbow and bend the spring with your left hand, then bend your left elbow and bend the spring with your right hand. 5. With both arms behind you, hold the spring firmly, then straighten down and gradually bend. Notes on the arm press 1. Please check that all the connections of the arm strength machine are firm and free from looseness before use. 2. Adjust the arm press to a level of strength suitable for your fitness level before use. 3. When using, choose a relatively spacious area to exercise in order to avoid injury. 4. It is recommended that children under 12 years of age do not use the arm press.
