I bought 3 of the plug in night light flash lights.They work really well. If your power goes out the flashlight automatically turns on.Good night light too, they turn on when light is dim, off during the day.

A great night light that turns off during the day and automatically comes on when power goes out with a fold in plug to make it easy to carry when you need it to use as a flashlight. Clear cover makes it easy to see things with. The only thing that would make it better is adding an outlet since it covers both sockets when you plug it in.

It’s a nice little plug in light but on a double outlet it takes up a lot of room. You can’t plug anything else next to it.

This is plugged in at a step in the house. I wanted to be prepared for outages and this step is one that I use daily in the house. It also leads to the garage where my larger battery flashlights are plugged in. Flashlight mode works great too!

While we have other emergency lights, these are good for by a staircase or a dark hall

This night light is really nice. Only down fall is that you can’t have it shine from the top and bottom at the same time which is different then my previous one. I had the other one for about 13 years before it died on me. Over this one so much I ordered one for my nephew’s basement. Don’t hesitate it is great for getting up and going to the bathroom in the night. Like that it comes on if electricity goes out and you can use it as a flashlight.

We have used one of these GE lights 24/7 for 4-5 years now. It’s kept plugged in the same place unless we need to use the flashlight mode. It works well as a flashlight and it’s so helpful to stay lit and easily visible during a power outage. If we wake in the middle of the night, there’s just the right amount of light from just one of them in the living room to see our way from any bedroom into the hallway, living room, dining room, bathroom and kitchen. There’s no need to turn on any other lights to get a drink of water or snack. In the morning we switch it to the off position until bedtime. The light is not too bright to hurt your eyes or keep you from falling asleep. My husband likes pitch black to sleep well and I need a bit of light. This was a good compromise.My in laws are in their 80’s and my father in law is on home dialysis. Recently they had a power outage and had trouble finding a flashlight in the dark that worked. They were so frustrated over the mess they had when the dialysis machine made a mess. They had to have the carpets steam cleaned the next day. We knew they wouldn’t have that problem again with these lights plugged into each side of their bed. They’re always charged and ready to be used as a flashlight. If the night light mode is off, there’s a very small colored light that’s visible in the dark. We ordered a pack of 3 so they’d always have enough light in the room to care for their needs during a power outage.

Very effective as emergency lighting. Very nice features. A bit brighter than I would have liked so I did not position it in the bedroom. When the power goes out, this is a great safety feature for the house or apartment.

Smaller than I expected and you will need a UK adaptor. Otherwise OK.

Arrived super fast. Very simple to use. I put one at the bottom of our stairs and one at the top. They give out a great amount of light and it's reassuring to know that I will be able to find a flashlight when I need one.

This is exactly what I was looking for. It serves as a nightlight and flashlight. Readily available and charged in case of a power failure.
