Great product and improve my sleep!
This is a great product. It has been improving my sleep, especially when I am under stressed. Also very nice packaging and designs. I would buy this product again, totally recommend!

100mg Capsules - Don't Know Why They Tried to Label it with "200"
The quality of the product isn't bad but it should be noted that although the description reads "5-HTP 200" and "120 caps," you are NOT getting 120 caps each containing 200mg of 5-HTP. Each cap has 100mg, and the serving size is 2 caps so I guess they try to label it "200." I unfortunately had to return mine once I learned what I actually paid for.

Works great. Take only one at night to sleep through whole night. Also helps appetite during the day. 100mg is plenty for me so buying this for awesome price and quality will last me a while.

DO NOT BUY - frequently breaks open in throat during ingestion
The gel capsule coating is too thin frequently breaking and the when you exhale a big puff of white powder comes out - sometimes going all the way to the ceiling. Do not buy - absolutely not recommended.
