Is the total 108 liners? Confused by the 'Double Pack' label.

Yes, 2 boxes of 54 for total of 108. They are cellophane wrapped together. That's why it appears to be one box. I've used them for years. Love the longer length. Have mine set up in home restroom. If I need a few, use zip lock bag for purse.

Are they individually wrapped?

I’m so surprised that they are not individually packed…kinda disappointed and worried about the hygiene issue during transportation…

how does this manufacturer get away with labeling this product as "long" when it is shorter than "regular" length??

They are an inch longer than regular.

Backing tape is great

Best panty liners I've ever bought. Other liners only have a strip of backing tape down the centre which causes the liner to bunch up. On these liners the entire underside has backing tape on it. NO MORE BUNCHING UP! YAY YAY
