So there's 60 containers correct?

Yes, 60 containers and 60 matching lids

Are the lids durable & flexible or thin & brittle plastic?

The lids are durable and flexible.

To the industry people out there who know the difference, are these the "cheap" deli containers or the "good" ones?

They are a thick , sturdy container with a tight fitting lid, Personally ..... I like them, and would say they are "Good"
