This made my diy treasure chest look professionally built. This hardware is really sold and worth every penny.

Very stout, looks nice

This is nice and sturdy. The quality was better then expected except for the screws. The screws were very poor quality. Two stripped way to easy as I was driving them in. They are completely stripped so if I ever have to remove the piece I’m going to have to try and brake them off or drill them out. If not for that I would have given 5 stars. If you buy I suggest to use your own screws.

I had to exchange this 6" unit for the 4" unit. It's too large for the item I've built. The hammered antique look is real nice and the hardware appears to be sturdy enough for the tool-box I'm making for my Grandson.

While redoing my trunks I wants to change the way it was locked ...so I wanted to make a use a pad lock if some sort... This black chest lock hinge really gave my chest that old look after I repainted it.. I have purchased this same lock hinge for couple other chests in the past.

Initially I was a bit worried about the strength of this. It’s a full 3/16” thick ... more than strong enough for my needs which is going to be on a Pirates Chest for a child. I couldn’t be happier.

And before people jump down my throat, yes, a lot of local manufacturers are adept at the art of the con. These guys, however, make a brilliantly finished product, pack it really well - like a much more expensive item would be, include all the screws you need to fit it, add an instruction sheet (for dummies) and send it on time. What more can a DIYer ask for? Well done! 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

Good product but seller tries to send evangelical leaflets along with the same, which is not appreciated.
